1. Grupo Arbequina de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter “Galería Arbequina”) reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend sales at any time should circumstances arise that are beyond our control (including but not limited to: fire, flood, storms, landslides, riots, hostilities, unavailability of materials and any other factor beyond Galería Arbequina’s control).

2. Galería Arbequina reserves the right to modify prices and exercises the right to increase prices due to rises in national and international taxes and customs duties, variations in the prices of raw materials and products used by Galería Arbequina in the creation of its products and/or similar situations.

3. The images of the pieces of art, books and other works (the “Works”) shown on our website (www.galeriaarbequina.com) try to show the colours and dimensions of the Works in the best possible way. Given the different contrast ratios on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee the exact definition of the colour and dimensions of said Works, which is why each Work has a technical specification sheet that can be downloaded. If this information is insufficient, you can contact our customer service department via e-mail at info@galeriaarbequina.com. Please take into account that the colour and dimensions of the Works shown on the screen may differ from the Work ordered. No refunds shall be admitted on these grounds.

4. After-sales service:

4.1 The merchandise shall remain the property of Galería Arbequina until full payment has been made and confirmed by Galería Arbequina. If payment is not made within 6 (six) months of the initial purchase date, the buyer will lose their right to any payments made and the purchasing process shall be automatically cancelled.

4.2 You hereby accept that all delivery costs will be charged to the customer and will vary depending on the delivery destination. Galería Arbequina always arranges transportation of the Works, unless the customer specifies that they will take responsibility for delivery of the Works. In the case of articles that are not in stock, you will be informed of the approximate waiting time from the confirmation of the order. Any deliveries that cannot be made due to access issues will be charged to the customer, including both the outward and return journey. The customer will be responsible for notifying Galería Arbequina of any necessary details, both to facilitate and enable the delivery of the Works. Prices include assembly for those items that require assembly. The materials shall be delivered fully packaged and protected inside their box. If, for any reason, you order said materials to be unpacked prior to reaching their final destination, we shall not be held liable for any damage caused. The delivery times shown on our website (www.galeriaarbequina.com) are estimates and are purely for information purposes.

5. Returns policy:

5.1 After receiving the merchandise, you will have a period of 24 (twenty-four) hours to claim for any incidents or damage. To do so, you must send an e-mail to store@galeriaarbequina.com with the word “Incident” in the subject line followed by your order number, attaching photographs of the damage to the Work and a description of the damage. Once this period has passed, we shall not be held liable.

Even if you do not receive a reply immediately, provided that the e-mail was sent within 24 (twenty-four) hours after receiving the Work, the incident shall be processed by Galería Arbequina and the case reviewed.

5.2 All deliveries are covered by fully comprehensive insurance which is valid for up to 24 (twenty-four) hours following delivery.

5.3 Any returns must be sent in the original packaging and unused. Upon their receipt, and following inspection, a refund shall be issued.

5.4 4 In the event of a return that is not due to damage or an error on the part of Galería Arbequina, the costs and expenses involved in dispatching and returning the item shall be charged to the customer. It is essential that the item be returned in exactly the same conditions as those in which it was delivered; otherwise the article may not be returned. Where necessary, any damage shall be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
